Summary
This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the factors that determine the disclosure of non-financial information on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by Spanish local governments, as well as the identification of good practices suitable for benchmarking. Within the framework of the 2030 Agenda, municipalities play a key role due to their proximity to citizens and their responsibility for public policies directly linked to sustainable development. However, in Spain, the disclosure of information on the SDGs at the local level remains limited and uneven. The study is based on a sample of 102 large Spanish municipalities, analyzed using a balanced panel for the period 2019/2024. Based on a content analysis of municipal websites, an SDG Disclosure Index (SDDI) is constructed, which allows for a standardized measurement of the level of information published. The methodology combines descriptive analysis and econometric models of panel data, incorporating political, sociodemographic, and financial variables. The results show that the average level of disclosure of information on the SDGs is moderate, although it exhibits an increasing trend throughout the analyzed period. Female leadership in the mayor's office is positively associated with higher levels of disclosure, an effect that is reinforced when there is greater representation of women in the municipal council. Likewise, the progressive ideology of the local government, political fragmentation, and structural factors such as population size and financial capacity significantly influence disclosure. Overall, the results demonstrate that the disclosure of information on the SDGs responds to identifiable political and institutional constraints, providing relevant evidence in a recent stage of consolidation of the 2030 Agenda and contributing to strengthening local governance, transparency, and accountability at the municipal level.

Summary
This study analyzes the influence of the stimulation of the five senses on consumer purchasing behavior in Galician supermarkets. This is a relevant area due to its impact on the shopping experience and acquisition of low-involvement products. The main objective is to identify which senses are perceived most intensely by consumers and which have the greatest influence on their unplanned purchasing decisions. The methodology used in the study combines quantitative surveys administered to consumers, with in-depth qualitative interviews. This approach provides a comprehensive view of the perception of sensory stimuli and their effects across different product categories and sociodemographic profiles.

Summary
This paper studies sentiment analysis, an area that has gained significant relevance in recent years, especially with the increase in user-generated information on social media. Its importance in the business world is growing, as it allows for the automated understanding of consumer opinions and assessments. The objective is to explore how sentiment analysis works, describing its historical evolution, the different levels of granularity and polarity, as well as the most commonly used methods, from lexical approaches to machine learning and deep learning techniques. In addition, the role of Natural Language Processing as the technological basis for this type of task is analyzed. The work focuses on its application in the business context, highlighting the strategic benefits it offers for decision-making, improving customer experience, and brand reputation. In the practical part, a binary classification model of Amazon reviews is carried out, applying preprocessing techniques and evaluating them with different algorithms to identify which one offers the best performance. This study aims to show the potential of sentiment analysis, understanding its theoretical foundations and its usefulness in organizations.

Summary
In recent years, social mentoring has increased, particularly within the field of employment. Numerous projects have emerged in this context, including 'Cambiando Vidas' (Changing Lives) by the Spanish Red Cross. This project has the potential to enhance its training foundation to better motivate mentors to remain with the program long-term. Therefore, after a theoretical analysis of the concepts of mentoring, motivation, training, and the project itself, a training program was developed to serve as a motivational pillar for mentor retention. This program consists of three distinct trainings: an initial training session, which introduces mentors to the tools they will use; a cross-cultural training session focused on job searching, highlighting the specific challenges faced by individuals from outside Spain; and a networking meeting, where mentors can connect with others involved in the project.

Summary
The economic relevance of tourism in Galicia and the sustained increase in tourist travel in recent years highlight the growing importance of this activity within the Autonomous Community of Galicia. In this context, rural tourism has gained particular prominence due to its ability to contribute to the conservation of the natural environment, the social fabric, and economic activity in less populated areas. Following the health, economic and social crisis caused by COVID-19 from March 2020 onwards, this tourism modality gained even greater interest by positioning itself as a differentiated alternative to traditional tourism models, aligning with new consumer preferences. This Final Degree Project focuses on the analysis of rural tourism in Galicia, a type of tourism with a significant presence in the regional tourism supply. The main objective is to assess the current situation of the sector and to identify the challenges and opportunities that condition its future development. To this end, a quantitative research study is carried out, examining both the supply and demand of rural accommodation in the region. Based on this analysis, conclusions are drawn that allow for an interpretation of the current state of Galician rural tourism and its development potential
