The Department integrates 2 areas of knowledge - Human Anatomy and Embryology and Histology - with 27 teachers and researchers who deal with subjects in 6 degrees, 1 double degree, 4 master's degrees and 3 PhD programmes and are part of 4 research groups from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and the CIMUS.
