ADHD Salnés volunteer programme.

The Asociación TDAH Salnés is carrying out an Educational Reinforcement Programme through different workshops that take place in the main headquarters (Castelao Pavilion, Vilagarcía) and in the regional headquarters of O Barbanza (Casa de la Cultura de Aguiño).

  • Playing with Art Workshops

    Support in tasks that are undertaken in the different workshops that take place in the headquarters of the association in Vilagarcía and Aguiño. These workshops are run by teachers and the pedagogue who teaches them and are divided into two groups: artistic-pedagogical and psycho-educational. They are aimed at members and non-members, with or without ADHD, in attention to diversity.

    • Timetable: Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
    • Places: 4 (2 persons per venue).

    Summer Camp - Easter - Christmas - Carnival Workshops

    In order to reconcile the family life of members (and non-members until all the places offered are taken), camps are held to provide a different leisure alternative to occupy children’s holiday time.

    The activities carried out, coordinated and directed by pedagogues and teachers, range from school support to different workshops, as well as games, outdoor activities, etc. (in English, Spanish and Galician). It also has an "early bird plan".

    • Timetable:
      • Summer Camp (July and August) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
      • Christmas: 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 December 2021, and 3, 4, 5 and 7 January 2022, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
      • Carnival Camp: 15, 16 and 17 February 2022, from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
      • Easter Camp: 29, 30 and 31 March and 5 April 2022, from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Places: 4 (2 persons per venue)

     5th Annual "ADHD in times of COVID-19” Conference

    Different presentations over the course of a day in which different leading professionals in education, pedagogy and medicine, among others, talk about ADHD in children and adults, focusing this year on Covid-19: direct and indirect repercussions of this pandemic on those affected by this disorder.

    The conference will take place in the Ribeira Auditorium.
