This Master's is aimed at training professionals who can promote the implementation of actions favouring gender equality, the so-called gender perspective, in all social, political, economic and labour fields, according to regulations.
One of the specific purposes of this academic-educational project involves training professionals who can promote the institutionalisation of unique school subjects on the problems of gender relations at various levels of Primary and Secondary Education, as well as at other levels of social, political, administrative, labour, educational and socioeducational intervention, evaluation and care. This is essential in order to actually achieve greater gender equality, as well as the transformation of the androcentric structures that still exist in modern societies in which all socially and politically relevant issues—which the subject of truly equal gender relations between men and women is—have a high degree of institutionalisation and explicit organisation. From an epistemological-critical perspective we can highlight that one of the specific purposes of this academic-educational project involves training professionals who can promote the implementation of actions favouring gender equality, i.e. the so-called "gender perspectives", that is, a feminist perspective, of women and gender, in social, political-economic and labour fields.
In particular, the aim is to institutionalise unique educational and training topics on the problems of equality and gender relations at different levels of human education and training in a broad sense, which is essential to actually achieve greater gender equality, and a transformation of the androcentric structures that still exist in modern societies in which all socially and politically relevant issues—which the subject of truly equal gender relations between men and women is—have a high degree of explicit institutionalisation and organisation.
