Mandatory insurance:
17,50€ (Students who formally enroll in their own Postgraduate courses, Continuous Training and Training Program, will also be included the amount of mandatory accident insurance and travel assistance for USC students, as established in current regulations (Council Agreement Government June 29, 2009) and will be issued together with the 1st liquidation of registration. Access requirements
The course will be open to researchers and any professional who demonstrates previous experience in research with zebrafish or in the field of fish pathology. Graduates/Graduates in Veterinary Medicine will have priority. Veterinary or Biology students will also be admitted.

Currriculum vitae and professional profile
The main objective of this course is to train participants in the health and management of zebrafish in the research context. This objective is divided into others:
- Familiarize participants with the general aspects of zebrafish used in research: anatomy, biology, management, physiology, histology, welfare and legal framework.
- Deepen the study of the main diseases that affect zebrafish in animal experimentation facilities, as well as the different monitoring and diagnosis techniques applied to their study.
- Provide practical skills, such as the administration of anesthesia/euthanasia, clinical observation and correct sampling, so that participants can apply them in real situations both in the clinical and research context.
The course will be useful for professionals (researchers, biologists, veterinarians, and technicians) who work, or who wish to start working with experimental animals (fish), companies, professionals interested in the clinical practice of aquatic animals, and veterinary students. and biology that have a clear vocation in this field.
